The HERIFORGE project was presented at the conference “Innovations, Trends, the Future of Research.Horizon Europe and the 10th Framework Programme”
The conference, dedicated to the most important directions in the development of European research programs, was organized by the Polish National Contact Point for EU Research Programmes in Warsaw on 8 and 9 October 2025
During the panel dedicated to Widening projects, Michał Kosiedowski, the project manager of HERIFORGE, shared his experiences with implementing the project and assessed its impact on the scientific activities at PCSS.
The main objective of the HERIFORGE project is to develop a network of three interconnected ecosystems located in Poland, Cyprus, and Turkey. This network will provide a great research and development environment for innovation in cultural heritage and creative industries, thanks to responsible use of eXtended Reality and digital cultural heritage resources, which will be beneficial for social resilience.
