We are delighted to present a newly published research article titled “Technologie XR a doświadczenia immersyjne w muzeach – analiza praktyk narracyjnych, interaktywnych i grywalizacyjnych” (en. “XR technologies and immersive experiences in museums: an analysis of narrative, interactive, and gamification practices”).

Published in the prestigious Polish peer-reviewed journal Muzealnictwo, this paper analyses the use of XR technologies and practices aimed at creating immersive experiences in Polish museums. It examines how extended reality is actively transforming the way cultural institutions engage audiences, build narrative depth, and create immersive educational environments. It summarizes the results of exploratory research conducted as part of the joint pilot research project led by Polish-hub, which aims to develop and validate an innovative toolkit to facilitate the creation of XR-based cultural games for cultural institutions.
